  • Full Planning Service

    • IF you are a busy bride who doesn’t know where to begin or just simply doesn’t have the time to plan all of details then let us plan it from beginning to end! We will help with every aspect of your wedding from choosing your venue, to selecting the perfect vendors, designing and providing a mood board for your vendors, selecting and managing your rentals, helping you manage your budget, negotiating the best pricing with your vendors, and everything that is included in the partial and month-of coordination package. Don’t Worry! You will have the final say on all decisions and be presented with options to either approve or veto, enjoy the cake tastings, and menu samplings just without the headache of the logistics!  

  • Partial Planning Service

    • IF you are the bride that wants to plan MOST of your event however, you just need someone to use as a sounding board and someone to help guide you along the way this is the best package for you! We will help by referring vendors to you that we think would be a good fit for your event, help select and manage your event rentals, check in with you on your to-do list and attend 3 (1 hour each) vendor meetings with you. We will help research ideas for your event and give suggestions based on your vision. Everything that is included in the month-of event coordination package is also included in this package.

  • Design Services - 

    • This service is for the bride that needs help with bringing her vision, style and colors to life. We offer tabletop design which includes designing a color card and mood board, choosing linens, floral containers, flatware, stemware, china, candles and more! This service is by the hour and if desired, designer can place order for rental items. 

  • Month-of-Coordination -

    • IF It excites you to plan all of your details, meet with all of your vendors, choose and manage rentals, BUT you still need someone to direct and execute your wedding weekend then this is the package for you! We will be there for you the month leading up to your big day and will provide you and your vendors with a detailed timeline, floor layout, and vendor contact form.  We also make sure to touch base with each of your vendors prior to your day, explain that we are their point of contact, and ensure that they have all of your details ready to go for a seamless event! Of course, we handle all of the basics – coordinate your rehearsal, direct your vendors the day of and oversee their setup, assist with setting up small décor items (guest book, favors, signs, portraits, etc), que your vendors on key events within the timeline (cake cutting, toasts, etc), ensure the provided timeline is followed and any necessary changes are made as needed.  We will be the liaison between you and your vendors and you and your family and guests! We will execute your plan perfectly and take a TON of stress off of you on your wedding day! Here is the overview of what is included in the month-of-coordination package:

      • development of detailed floor plan

      • production of detailed rehearsal and wedding day timeline
